ACCOMODATION
The house has 6 apartments.
The apartments are located on the ground floor, I and II floor: five large apartments and a studio apartment.
The large apartments are for 4+2 persons. They all have the same room layout. They differ only in the color of furnisher, furnisher styling and in their position on the floors. Two of them are located on the ground floor, one on the I. floor and two on the II. floor.
The apartments consist of:
- two double bedrooms (in the apartments on the ground floor, there are double beds in the larger bedroom, and single beds on the upper floors, which can be joined or separated as needed, just like in the smaller bedroom)
-bathroom with toilet and shower
-a fully equipped kitchen and utensils for preparing and serving, connected with the living room and dining area. In that area there is a pull-out bed and a table.
Every apartment has a terrace with a view on the sea and mainland, with a table and chairs. The exit door to the balcony is in the kitchen with the dining area and pull-out bed.
The balconies stretch across the width of the house. There is a screen barrier that should provide visual discretion from guests in the neighboring apartments.
On the ground floor, with an entrance from the east, where the parking is located, is the smallest (about 30 m) apartment in the house, the so called studio. It consists of one room (there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a kitchenette with a large fridge), and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The bathroom is located in the corridor next to the apartment and is only available to studio residents. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a table and chairs. The apartment is for 2+1 persons.
Workation
A PROPOSAL FOR THOSE WHO CAN WORK AND TRAVEL AT THE SAME TIME
Čiovo is a great place to work and relax at the same time. For people called digital nomads, it is an ideal place for a longer stay.
The location of our house guarantees the peace and quiet required during work. At the same time, thanks to the proximity of the cities of Trogir (3 km) and Split (28 km), you can participate in city entertainment in the afternoon, such as: shopping malls, cinema, theater, museum, restaurants, cafes and nightclubs.
On non-working days, you can visit many beautiful places as part of a one-day trip. The most interesting ones include: Krka Waterfalls (80 km), Vranjača Cave (35 km), Plitvice Lakes (200 km), Biokovo Park with the Skywalk viewing point (60 km), Tesla Museum (180 km).
This list, in addition to the previously mentioned Trogir and Split, also includes the following towns: Primošten, Šibenik, Zadar, Omiš, Ston, Dubrovnik, Mostar, Međugorije, Sarajevo and many others.
There will also be something interesting for active people. In addition to walks around the area and bike tours around the island and the hills on the mainland, you can go to Omiš for rafting or zipline. Of course, swimming and diving are also within easy reach. Even in winter. Those who like to stay warm can take a thin diving wetsuit with them.
